Day 2 of Milan Mens Fashion Week featured shows from Prada (invited to live stream), Belstaff, Daks, Ermanno Scervino (invited to live stream), Salvatore Ferragamo (invited to live stream), Moncler Gamme Bleu, Roccobarocco, Vivienne Westwood and Roberto Cavalli.
My favourite collections from the day were Trussardi, Calvin Klein and Bottega Veneta.
Bottega Veneta SS13
The monochromatic look seems to be becoming the must have look for this coming Spring/Summer season, with Bottega Veneta's whole collection, along with a cool and relaxed vibe to every look. Loose fitting pants, comfortable sneakers, light materials and subtle movement is what Bottega Veneta's collection is all about, and what Spring/Summer should always be about - rest and relaxation.

Calvin Klein SS13
Calvin Klein's signature minimal style is at full force once again, and I have no doubt that the pioneer of monochromatic has had an influence on the abundance of the trend in designers' Spring/Summer collections. A nude, chocolate brown and navy colour palette run throughout the collection, with details mainly on the material that was used in the construction of the garment. There were a slight pop up of floral prints - they weren't bright and colourful, but rather more reserved and withholding. I was honoured to have been one of the first people in the world to see the collection.

Trussardi SS13
The Trussardi show was the highlight for Day 2 of Milan Men's Fashion Week - the collection set in a classic Italian villa, enhancing the atmosphere of class and sophistication. The monochromatic trend has set in once again, but this time the colour palette is set in regal, gentlemen's clothing, rather than modern minimalist. There's nothing short of timeless in this show and collection.
