Once again, it's nearly the end of Paris Men's Fashion Week and the end of the menswear show season. Day 4 consisted of shows from Bill Tornade, Sacai, Songzio, Tillman Lauterbach, Sruli Recht, Smalto, Miharayasuhiro, and the stylishly alternatives Damir Doma and Boris Bidjan Saberi
My favourite collections from the day were from:
Wooyoungmi
Autumn Winter 2013
Wooyoungmi has skillfully mixed both warm and cool colours and tones with textured neutral pieces in their latest collection. Silken grid patterns and carved in neoprene jackets are the centrepieces of the entire range, which go well wit the Sports Luxe inspired looks finished off with smart sneakers with eye popping coloured laces. Wooyoungmi has also highlighted another trend coming into the foray - suits, sneakers and backpacks, all in one look.

Hermes
Autumn Winter 2013
Classic men's tailoring meets future punk in Hermes' latest offering, creating a look that suits the diverse gentleman. Double breasted jackets and blazers in typical winter colours are lifted up with the brightly laced Dr. Martens-esque leather boots would definitely appeal to today's fashionable punk. The colour palette of bright canary, navy blue, the new trendy bright orange and chocolate browns blend together well and the pops of colour are in the right places throughout the collection.

Dior Homme
Autumn Winter 2013
Kris Van Assche has drawn inspiration from Sci-Fi and Aeronautics and combined it with his contemporary vision to show a collection that will most likely bring more changes to men's tailoring and minimalist fashion. Double breasted coats, trench jackets, straight trousers and smart leather derby shoes are the foundation of this collection, but muted purples and blues vivify the looks, as well as the aeronautic leather belts which were incorporated into most of the looks which added a truly futuristic feel.
